Class Tuning Incoming - March 25

Some class changes are implemented, some are not…
Hunter’s Dark Ranger changes were completely not implemented.
For Holy Priest:

  • Oracle: Preventive Measures now increases the healing of Prayer of Mending by 40% (was 25%).
this was not taking effect as well.
I haven’t looked at other spec but definitely the actually patch doesn’t match the tuning content

These should get pinned. Been looking for a bit now to find Blizz version. Wowhead has a full page add popping up every 5 seconds, so needed to see original.

Agreed but also you can just click the dev tracker.

Maybe I’m missing something. Where’s this dev tracker?

I don’t know about way better. Brew utility isn’t that great compared to tanks like Prot Pally and VDH. Warrior has better stops which are much more valuable in M+. Paralysis and RoP are very situational. Even with the soothe on para, how many enrages are there this season that can be removed? And mystic touch is arguably the worst group buff since nearly all damage is magic.

Main page of forums has a link to it. https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/g/blizzard-tracker/activity/posts

Can just bookmark that and check it randomly if you don’t want to live in ad hell on Wowhead.

Just tested Monk today. The published 4% is not accurate. It’s feeling more like 20%. I just tried fighting Undermine mobs at I-Level 650 and it was a struggle to kill mobs as quickly as I was before the patch. So either the patch notes are incorrect, or something is messing up.

Here. Sorry, I had some technical difficulty when I went to swap character. Dungeons included +8 rookery, +8 Motherload, +9 Workshop, +7 Darkflame. Everything in this game can’t be balanced, and there are always going to be classes at the bottom.

Imo; As someone who used to tank dungeons in previous expansions (here and there, not DF) on paladin, I tried to do some light tanking on paladin recently and it seemed very clunky compared to Brewmaster, and I know from seeing good brews that I AM the problem on my own Brewmaster.

This isn’t the only class/spec that people seem to have a hard time not playing properly, there are also a lot of ret paladins that I see that aren’t very good.

this is fair. but i also didnt say otherwise.

while warrior has a single target stun i prefer leg sweep over shockwave. i would kill for a dispel like monk has. rop is amazing if you know how to use it. most monks i see never really use it correctly instead they just drop it in the middle of a pack of mobs and piss everyone off. there are 12 enrage mechanics this season half a which are interruptible. a couple of big ones in top which a soothe is very nice.

Ummm… is the buffs enabled? Lol

im asking the same thing

you can probably do something better tbh, we shouldnt hype up somewhat subpar robot ideas.

i think you can get more milage from mighty pour coming back. atleast last resort synergies with felscarred and other things that effect meta so your not just getting the benefits of meta but also all the extra things.

like i know this fustration comes from elixer of determination, but keep in mind thats not really a cheat death either.

I literally have no difference or maybe it’s just me? I’m having trouble feeling any difference

8% seems like it would be something I notice

well they didnt post it in the patch notes so prob. not

There are very many dedicated BrM players that despite their efforts are all not able to get title. None appear to be able to use any of these “perks” to utilize BrM to the level of say squishvegan on druid.

Metrics alone suggest that its just way down, no one plays it, there are loads of reasons why, and its not because it’s short 3% damage.

And bring a Windwalker or Mistweaver and you get all of these things, because they’re all in the class tree.

Brewmaster is the only tank in the game with zero utility in their spec talent tree.

(Druids are close, but at least they get the anemic healing from After the Wildfire.)

If Blizzard is short on ideas, just take some of the absurd utility that Prot Paladins have, and give it to other tanks.

This nerf isn’t the end of the world in either 1% direction, but could you (not you specifically, Kaivax) at least get the aura nerf right? Because y’all gave us a 4% aura nerf, not a 3% aura nerf, which means that you just buffed One-Armed Bandit for everyone LMAO

thats a personal problem just straight up. there are alot of vdh players who wont get title either in fact the majority of the player base wont get title. its almost like its designed that way

where did i say that the 3% buff would fix them in fact where in your reply at all has any relevance to what me and the other player were discussing? get out of you head cannon and quit making up arguments that im not making.

this applys to alot of different spec including warrior.

to me this is a positive not a negative that means no matter what spec you play on the class you have great utility options and the best players are able to flex their whole class and not just one spec.

i would be down to have shield slam interrupt lol.

Yeah we’re not talking about Johnny Scrub VDH we’re talking about people who have had 6x title. They’re still going to get title just not on their BrM

Didn’t read the rest of your post but its pretty clear you’re a troll from my interactions with you. Soill is I think ranked 19 BrM NA right now and was 3401 last season as Brew.

ok and? once again that is a personal problem it is proven that it can be done if they cant keep up then that is their problem. also once again where did i say the brm doesnt have issues and who brought up tittle? you are literally just such a salty brm that you cant believe that brew might actually have some positive aspects about it and that its not all negative. if that is true then why do you still play it? i paly brm, blood dk and prot war. i have fun on all three or i wouldn’t play it so if brew is absolutely irredeemable why do you play it?
