edit: nvm found it. you are ocmplaining about a 5% buff to dmg and are complaining about it. like ill take 5% extra damage any day. as for the 5% nerf to evokers it isnt a great feeling ever but they arnt going to feel it since that will mostly come out of their over healing. totally different subjects healing and damage…cant believe i need to explain this
