Why are there nerfs in the Boomkin buff?
Balance and Discipline just needed the buffs, not nerfs… And even those buffs are not enough to make them viable.

Kinda feels like balance hotfixes have been extremely minimal this season. Like, only a couple batches so far, both very small in terms of how many specs are touched, and the changes within being very small as well.

That would be great if it meant balance was just that good, but I doubt that.

Black Arrow is literally critting in PvP 8-10m…
Ret Paladins are by far most OP PvP spec and some don’t even play that Hammer of Light talent.

these classes got away with murder.

They are afraid of buffing them in m+. The spec might suffer as a whole because 0.1% of the population might bring them to every group again.

Mind you, this is after multiple buffs and adjustments in PTR to move damage to our ST profile. The new tier sets and our stat scaling are abyssmal at best. It’ll only get worse when Turbo Boost hits and everyone else gets a massive bump against a tiny gain we’ll see.

It’s pretty obvious they’ve basically given up on Outlaw this expansion. I wouldn’t hold my breath that fixes and buffs are coming at any point.

yes yes vengeance certainly hasn’t been good enough recently for sure! be glad that SoS and SoC aren’t getting purged.

These changes do absolutely nothing to help stem the loss of the LoU tier bonus for Devastation or the loss of the damage from the only playable of the two hero talent trees for two tiers now, Flameshaper.

The damage from SC isn’t Deep Breath. It’s the buff to the empowers, the dot DB left behind, and disintegrate in general, exasparated by the near 24 second 20% buff to all abilities the LoU tier bonus granted, especially this tier when our tier bonus would give us 7 beams on one target, or the ability to actually cleave like Boomkin, Monk, and lock all can.

Just buffing DB flat damage and increasing the capstone bombardment does absolutely nothing to help the near bottom tier damage on every boss that matters, and the hard fight to be relevant on the two aoe fights this tier, buffing the tier set disintegrate but not actual disintegrate also doesnt do anything. It certainly wont make SC any less unplayable than it is right now for any other reason than there being absolutely zero changes to flameshaper.

i thought about it, but outlaw is the only rogue spec i like. i swapped to havoc, which is also doing just fine. (for now)

Sin isn’t bad tbh. I think Outlaw is actually “more fun” for what it’s worth, but I can’t say that Sin isn’t fun.

You say this and yet Outlaw is 15% behind the tops dps in raid right now, which is behind a support spec and we get absolutely zero patch notes. This criminal and mind blowing to say the least. Just say you don’t want us to play Outlaw already.

So our talent trees are worse because of housing… they’ve made some awful decisions lately… but that one is really bad.

Welcome to the world of Rogues. We gave an infinite amount of feed back for the class going into the Dragonflight of the issues and concerns we had and it got blatantly ignored until S3 of Dragonflight, however the mages complained their spells were not purple enough and got the change 3 days later on the Beta.

The raids are worse, the mid-season patches are rehashes and dinar boosts, essentially resetting ilvl prog twice per season, and they are recycling previous expansions (again?) just to fill seasons with remixes and blunderstorms.

Everything is worse because of housing.

What utility and sustain nerfs will they get to compensate for this?

I hope you guys realize this basically means a -15% all healing and -50% dmg nerf in pvp for mw

And since insta vivify is bound to RWK/RSK, crackle castweaver build is completely dead in PVP too

So this means MW is basically just removed from all PVP content.
