I’m on team Mysticall, he was questioning why MW is seemingly the only healer to get brutally nerfed because of performance in irrelevant brackets like Blitz/2s.
I’m all for trying to balance around ALL the brackets, for the record, but that means separate balance in them. Just gutting literally the only thing MW does remotely well and not offering a viable alternative playstyle feels lazy, unintuitive, stupid, there’s so many more adjectives.
Was the damage too high? Probably, but if you’re going to nerf that MW needs other changes to make a full caster approach viable, even something as simple as increasing the range on paralysis. All they’ve done is turn it into a healbot with good mobility.

Except it’s one of the most populated specs in high rated PvP. The fact they gave a 15% nerf to ret paladin light hammer (Only half the people were playing templar) when ret is the MOST populated and OP class/spec in PvP says a lot. The fact that Surv hunter only copped a hit to one ability. The fact that Arcane, despite being far less populated than either copped a ton of nerfs instead of them just admitting their new PvP talent is awful and removing that says the devs don’t know what they’re doing.
Go check Drustvar stats, flavor of the month for 3’s 2100-2399 and all.

In what the data shows for me, BM, Ret, DH, Survival, and Unholy are at about middle of the pack, Sin rogue could use buffs, and a very light nerf to fire.

I was 2093 last season which is higher than your 1949 and below achievement

Nobody’s forcing you to play in greens. It’s never been easier to get gear and compete, even at the end of the season. As for your opinions, I’ll bite my tongue. An exchange with you beyond this just seems insufferable. Keep running up that 2100 bracket and flexing it on the forums though.
