A fine change to nerf colo arms passive durability but it is kind of tragic how prot is awful, esp colo and catches a stray from this
Kind of wish there was a knob to not tune both specs affected by hero stuff
Also our apex still has a 50% pvp nerf on it from it being a tier set in DF
