I use it on my demo lock and on most single-target bosses my Tyrant does more damage than theirs, even though they’re summoning it more often. (Edit: ‘theirs’ as in the other talent choice for CD reduc.)
The downside of course, is that if you time implosion incorrectly and then summon your tyrant with fewer imps it can suck.
That said, a 2% increase is a bit shallow.

The following paladin talents need to be looked at for paladin as they are hilariously under tuned. Judgement of light, golden path, seal of mercy, incandescence, touch of light (including post buff) are all under performing. In the specific tree Focused Enmity, faith in the light, faith’s armor, inner light are also laughable under tuned and terrible. Some of the 2 point nodes need to come 1 point nodes.
They won’t do that, though. Any other tank with buffs to bring them up to Prot Warrior levels “would be overpowered”.
They NERFED the 5 other tanks, in December. More than they nerfed Prot Warrior.

Ah yes we wouldn’t want the role to actually be fun and allow you to tank instead of having a kite meta on every class outside prot on decent keys

They keep trying to force Demonic Tyrant on Demo locks.
You have to wonder, why is it even a talent if they simply want you to take Tyrant?

It’s been nice to see frequent, almost weekly tuning passes (non-holiday break) so that’s been appreciated.
Where is the Warlock Defensive nerfs…it is insane how much Warlocks are tankier than all the other classes/specs, outside of Evokers and Demon Hunters. If they had a 30% nerf to Dark Pact it would be far more level of a playing field. If the lock is allowed to free cast they destroy everyone. If they get trained they are barely manageable, especially for melee classes. Affliction Warlock with an Unholy Death Knight and a Restoration Druid is unkillable by most any composition. The Druid is the best target out of that comp and even that is still terrible to try and kill.
Do you need more data than 100+ dead servers? Because if you think Blizzard knows what’s best, there ya go. I think that’s all the data you need.

You think their servers are dead when they implemented so many technologies to shard everyone. Also they have connected several servers to be more active and stuff. But sure use the server excuse for whatever reason.

i believe they buffed that big exactly because the set is not great. now if they buff the set youre gonna get nerfs to the baseline heh

Guess what they are trying to design a fair game and not your type of unfair game. But sure mock them for balancing the game and giving every class and spec a equal footing.

If you take it away, what do Warlocks have left?
Being tanky is part of their strength. They need time to dish out their damage.
Warlock damage is either super predictable or really delayed.
If they’re squishy, they’re just a bad Mage.
