Blizzard strikes again!! In typical blizz fashion, rather than making the other healing classes good enough to match resto druid and actually putting in the work to fix the imbalance they fuc*ing caused, they said “you know what we should do? We should make resto druids slightly shi**ier so that they are on par with the already sub par work we did on healers going into this expac” and everyone high fived each other and it was a good day at Lizard Entertainment.

When did I say it takes 1-2 devs to do any of this? I know you’re white knighting against a lot of us but try to keep your rebuttals relevant to your audience.

Someone please help me find the ret paladin help in these notes? I seem to be skipping them.
Plate class that is squishy
Damage is very meh and utility is too niche to be a reason for anyone to bring them for utility.
Mobility is worst in the game.
The rotation is playing piano just to get meh results, maintaining multiple buffs and timers that don’t feel impactful, only to not be trash dps.
The only notes are pvp. I don’t pvp, but keeping up with the class, I know the problem is paladin is the immediate focus for most opponent teams and paladin doesn’t have enough mobility or defensives to survive. This is supposedly because they want paladin to be an “unstoppable juggernaught” who is slow, hard hitting, but unstoppable. Well they aren’t unstoppable in any possible definition of the phrase and now the ONE thing they had, good damage after a 6~ish second ramp…well, they don’t even have that now either.
Blue post said they know ret needs some help…but they decided to ignore and nerf us first. Well done.

arms warrior does need aoe, but they pretty much have to get cleave because it’s the only way to apply deep wounds in aoe outside of bladestorm
because of this, cleave is by default going to be used along with warbreaker and thunder clap at the start of any dungeon trash pack, along with cooldowns of choice from the main warrior tree
and then you might whirlwind (assuming there’s enough targets that it’s better than sweeping strikes), but cleave is more rage-efficient and has good synergy with overpower talents
so whirlwind as a filler aoe rage spender is not only too weak, but is such a low-priority / infrequently-used ability that it’s really hard to justify spending a talent point on it outside of Storm of Swords / Collateral Damage, which change it to a burst aoe ability
it needs more like 50% damage buff, or other bonuses in talents to make it competitive with cleave

Any word on fixing health frames for pets? They currently aren’t showing up and players are using addons to ‘fix’ the issue. Most are still unaware of the problem and our pets continue to die in PvP.

No amount of buffs is going to make this good. Please just remove it and give us an actual useful talent like Dark Soul: Misery back please.

i’m not mad about it but… this just shows such an interesting thought process that i have to wonder what’s going on in the back rooms.
maybe a 5% stam buff to hunters will help them stay alive?

Fury warriors are so bad now and these buffs provide any meaningful utility and they will do less damage then other meele
