This may be a silly question, but I purchased the Monk class mount for my monk and can’t find it anywhere. It doesn’t appear in my collections/mount panel or in my spellbook. Where is can I access it? My bronze is definitely gone, so I know the transaction was successful.
As a suggestion, make sure to clear filters if you have any. Then in the search bar type → Remix: Legion
That should show all your Legion Remix mounts earned/purchased.
If you are talking about purchasing the non-fel version on a non-monk and trying to access it on live servers, I believe it won’t show up until you transfer your Remix toon to Live.

Thank you for replying. I followed your steps and still don’t see it in my collection. It’s the Felscorned Grandmaster’s Bell. It also doesn’t show up as one I haven’t collected, which makes me really wonder if it’s not correctly itemized.
It’s not like a wardrobe item where it went to the bag and you have to use it, is it?

Dumb question, but it is still in a bag? You can filter by name. Otherwise I would open ticket.

That might be, I’ve been running Remix on a Shaman and my Farseer’s Felscorned Tempest shows up in my collection.
I also see now that uncollected mounts don’t appear .

Are you using a remix character? In Mists Remix, a lot of the items purchased with Bronze weren’t available in Retail until the end of the Remix.
I bought the Hunter one and it was available in retail like 10 minutes later.
