Here’s the thing right…
You have rights and I have rights.
If you come to my house, I can ask you to leave.
If you are out in public, I can’t ask you to leave.
Right now we’re in Blizzard’s house.
The only thing that can be done is not go to their house. AKA not buy the game.
And the game is fun. So people want to go to Blizzard’s house.
Blizzard is the rich snobby kid letting you play on his console so long as you tolerate their trash. It is trash, but they got the Super Nintendo.

They could have a defense based on “right to refuse services to anyone” type laws.
If this is about your right to free speech, it only protects from the government coming after you for saying negative things about them.
Blizzard is allowed to tell you to stop being a toxic little basement dweller and is well within their right to punish you for breaking their rules. Dont like it? Then dont let the door it your rear on the way out.

Yeah… no. Even politicians are banned from social media for the things that they say.
Politicians are the most corrupt people in the world. if they can’t get away with it you certainly can’t.
