Carissaria:
Immediately, pain seared through my arm, and my vision flashed red. I transformed that arm into bark, and used it to help me stand.
That’s a pretty nifty trick. You druids are quite capable.
Carissaria:
I stood back up, and ran to the nearest person I saw. It was my old druid trainer, and I started to cry. He had died in the fire, and I had never gotten a chance to say goodbye to him.
Really enjoying the sequence of what she’s seeing.
Oh! What a great way to use the powers of the Caverns of Time.
Carissaria:
Choking, I spat out the sand, and looked at him sadly. I couldn’t even tell anyone that they would all die, and I left Shadowglen and flew to Darnassus.
Carissaria:
Once there, I made my way into the Temple of the Moon, and ran up the marble ramp to where I knew Malfurion and Tyrande would be. I rounded the corner, and there was nobody there. I was too late. Twilight fell, and I flew out to Darkshore to see if I could help. Time slowed as I flew, and the landscape changed rapidly in front of me. Night turned to day, and day turned to night yet again. The Horde army rampaged through the forests, just as I was making it to shore. I stepped on a shell, and I was frozen in place. I lost track of all time, until I heard that dreaded voice.
“Burn it. I said, burn it!”
Wow!
Carissaria:
The trap melted away and I sank to my knees as I rewatched Teldrassil being burnt. I turned to rush towards Sylvanas, and time speed up. She turned towards me just as I was ripped from the past, inyo the Twisting Nether. I floated for unmeasurable amounts of time, endlessly held in a void. Eventually, the sands returned and washed me away from my prison, and I woke up, in the dusty dunes of Tanaris.
OMG! I can just feel the agony. The sadness. The rage. So many emotions flooding through you as you relive what happened and not being able to do anything about it. Forced to watch it all over again totally helpless.
Thank you again for the update Carissaria! Bit late in getting to em, but I am.
