Children's Entertainer

I am trying to complete the achievement Children’s Entertainer. I was able to complete 3 of requirements but now I am unable to interact with the kids on the 2nd floor of the orphanage for the “Who is the scariest” or the little npc outside for “Floor is undersea” or the world quest(these I know are random)

Any help would be awesome, thanks

I believe you need to wait or switch characters, as they are only interactable during the world quest. You require more than 1 world quest completion for the achievement.

Thank you! I didn’t know I had to wait for the world quest to spawn. I could not find a straight answer anywhere.
