Chicken wings

Bone-in, buffalo is the way

Boneless is acceptable if bone-in isn’t an option

I don’t like boneless because they end up more breading than meat. So regular bone-in wings. Super spicy.

If just regular fried chicken, breasts. One time I ate 8 chicken breasts in one sitting at a buffet, lol.

All flats, Wet, and Mild was how I used to order wings when I could eat them.

A little heat is okay but I’m more a fan of them just tasting good. If its too spicy it just feels mega pointless

Bone in, extra hard, and fried, not baked. I’m very picky about my wings. They must be fried until the skin is crisp and the fat inside has fully rendered. Nothing worse than biting into a flat and getting that thick slab of fat.

for wings its always the chineese spot in the hood for the best wings. between the size amount and price you cant beat them. also nobodys got better wings. if were talking about the much smaller wings soaked in sauce then idc if its bone in or boneless with either honey bbq if i dont feel like having buffalo wings or buffalo cause i want that or jerk sauce cause jerk chicken is great

bone in, hot but not insane, flats > drums all day

I never really got the appeal of wings. I mean, I don’t dislike them. I eat them any time buy some chicken, but the idea of only getting wings just seems weird to me. I can put wing sauces (hot preferably) on any piece of chicken. But to each their own.

I used to only eat boneless because it was so much easier, but the flavor provided from bone-in wings can’t be beat.

Either cajun seasoning or hot sauce are my favorite flavors.

Bone-in
And I usually make a mango habanero sauce…

And I would die right there with you.

Whole uncut wing smoked for a few hours spraying when they look dry with apple cider vinegar after sitting over night in olive oil tossed in a dry rub of paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, coarse black pepper, chili powder, granulated garlic and onion, dash of cumin. Put in the oven on broil for a few minutes to crisp the skin.

Defrosting mine as watching discussion

In my day, when I was young, a chicken wing was the leftover piece you would find at the bottom of a cardboard bucket of chicken in the fridge from the previous night. It was the piece with the least amount of meat and the most bone and the least liked.

But then someone made a deal with the devil or the universe exploded or something, and the chicken wing became the MOST desired piece of chicken because it was coated in hot sauce.

I still don’t get it, I would just rather have Mcnuggets coated in the same sauce and skip the whole bone thing.

Yeck bone in chicken is the devil and should be outlawed.

Bone-in. Garlic Parmmisean flavored

Boneless, honey BBQ
