Ive made mention of this multiple times. Theyve been around since day 1 of anniversary. Legit just a group that flagrantly disregard the rules because they know they can farm the debit card addicts for easy money. Theyre CONVINCED they found some loophole because all the bidding is done outside of WoW as though this somehow no longer violates the no gdkp/no rmt ban.

Theres a handful of discords like this btw.
