Form a raid, and the be the change you want to see. You may or may not discover the cause of emergent behavior. Or you may be the wave of change. People who demand change and do nothing are abhorrent.

you know what happened when I didn’t check logs for gnomer? No one brought consumes or WBs and died repeatedly to the same mechanics, didn’t know fights, and didn’t know their class/spec.
I check logs, it is a good representation of how a player plays and if they are capable of playing the game to the level I CHOOSE for my raid. (which is literally just to clear it without wiping)
If that is too much to deal with, then I am sorry, but its not a me problem, its a you problem. Go “Raid” with other people and still be 4/6 or 5/6 on week 3 of the patch.

So do you call out people actively bringing the group down? Afterall in group content you dont just waste YOUR OWN time, you waste MULTIPLE PEOPLES time. If i were to waste your time in RL you would resonably get upset. Logs are a way to verify you wont waste other peoples time. It a freaking resume, or a reference check, or even a vibe check. When you apply to a job do you get this offended that they want to verify your capabilities? kek
Most people dont want to wipe 50 times on a boss or spend 10 hours on a fight they have done numerous times in less time.

- People who are raiding shouldn’t care if people are new. Teach them the raid. It’s game- not a job.
It’s an easy damned raid, doesn’t even need a full 10man. So I’m pretty sure the people demanding logs are just wanting to be carried or are trying to gatekeep easy content.
Either way, it’s a crap look.

Don’t know fights, no discord, no consumes, they don’t have their critical runes, wearing whatever garbage they got by leveling.
Reasonably you wouldn’t pick these people.

not really, because the video you linked basically proved why people are so high strung about having decent raid for gnomer. ziqo went 5/6 - Most groups are planning for the last two bosses, not the first 4.

It isn’t super relevant on such easy content, to be honest, but people do prefer to end in 30 rather than an hour+
His raid was over 2 hours long and they didn’t kill the last boss? People check logs and vet players because they don’t want to spend double the amount of time that the dungeon actually requires as well as actually complete it… don’t like it make your own group like he did.

Rather waste 10 min than 3 days my man. I’d rather not have the elitism, but it’s needed with raid ID. If I could replace a player who continually makes mistakes on the last boss I wouldn’t check logs, but I can’t so it is what it is. The punishment for taking someone new is too much, that’s a hate the game not the player scenario.
