so are we just going to pretend that half the people at the top of ladder arent using some sort of juke macro or bot.?
now I don’t play at the highest level but come on it’s crazy obvious Blizzard. I’ve recorded so many games you can tell when a high lvl player is juking or having something do it for them
I heard players say you “need” these things. You’re a joke, rated is a joke…Blizzard fix your crap
PS: there are websites that people pay for to get access to such things…Blizzzzzzzard…come on
If you’ve been playing a caster for over a decade, esp a healer, juking is basically just instinctual now, and it’s really easy to do, I don’t see why you would need a juke bot for this, or how that would even work tbh. Kickbot, maybe, but a jukebot just sounds silly.
If you find yourself getting juked, just don’t press kick and let them juke themselves to death. That’s the easiest way to counter; just hold kick
you just macro /cancelaura into your spells. If you arent a total sperg and can control how many times you press your buttons, you can easily spam juke as a caster. I dont do it, im a sperg due to years of playing outlaw pve
I know I know juking exists. I main a MW (can’t switch characters on myobile phone for some reason) where I have some rating to show I’m not totally incompetent.
This doesn’t change that there’s juking then there’s using a third party macro to do it for you.
Again there are sites people pay for such things. Don’t act like it’s not there please.
Are you questioning Nas’ morality? He’s about 1-2 miracles away from being canonized by the Stormwind Vatican. You better tread carefully, especially with being so close to the holidays. Keep this up and you’ll end up in The Maw with Body Type 3 Anduin.
I agree. I’ve been seeing something that only mistweavers do where they channel soothing mist and it doesn’t matter how you time your kick, as soon as you press kick, they juke instantaneously. I wouldn’t think such a thing would be possible but it almost seems like they’ve found some sort of exploit where a script/bot is able to see the incoming kick. It’s not like theyre doing jukes, they’re just standing there free casting soothing mist and as soon as you kick they cancel. Maybe it uses an advance algorithm that’s tracking the haste, gcd, talents, and cooldown timers of players to anticipate the most likely moment that a kick will be received or maybe they’ve found an actual exploit. But it’s only some players, I’ve only seen it with mistweavers, and it 100% feels like scripting, not well executed fake casts.
watching back on certain games you can drastically tell the difference between a legit juke and one that’s being automated.
People develop and use new things my guy. You’re either protecting or you’re just out the know? watch a few pvp videos on YouTube. anyone talking about it.
Amatox told me if you eat too much soy it makes you bad at the game and dainty. My wife accidentally got me a soy latte from Starbucks a couple weeks ago and I can’t even hit duelist as BM in RSS. Have you ingested any soy based products?
100%, but responding with action on one client in response to actions from another client aren’t really possible because in order to get that information it would need to already be processed by the server.
If this were a thing, RWF guilds would’ve done and BEEN doing it to respond to boss mechanics.
You don’t know how the backend of the system works and it could be possible that an exploit could have been discovered that allows a client to detect an incoming kick quick enough to cancel casting.
On the other hand I could see an advanced algorithm that’s using all available data to calculate the highest probable moment that a kick is incoming and juking at the exact perfect frame.
All I know is that I agree with OP that I have seen a bit of juking that seems superhuman and botlike.
