Hey everyone!
I am having a problem in Classic SoD, and in Cata where in major cities and even in raids, everyone randomly starts running in place but chat still keeps working. I have to relog/restart to get it back to normal again. The problem is when it happens mid raid, especially. Does anyone know what may be causing the issue?
Blizzard ticket said it might be an issue from the ISP side for routing, if so what do I tell my ISP that they need to look into specifically (any IP or server addresses?)

Sounds like your internet connection is slow. I’d try restarting your router and/or computer.
Or upgrade your PC (if you have the means to do so).
some addons can cause slow running of the game but honestly it sounds like an internet issue more than anything.
honestly i dont know what to tell ya . hope it resolves itself or you find a way to fix it.
I have this happen a couple times a week on a flawless connection. Some kind of desync happens where you get DC’d from part of the game but not all if it (how the hell is that possible?). I havent found a way to fix or avoid it so far. It killed my 60 mage in HC.
I’m so sorry to hear that, it’s a weird d/c, the chat works all throughout, even whispers, but somehow everyone including myself gets stuck in place running.
