"Chat Has Been Disabled" Spam

Since Tuesday’s farce with the HC servers every time I log in I get the “Chat Turned Off” message even though it was OFF before I loaded the game. This can then re-appear during normal gameplay irregularly and at times spammed 3 or 4 in a row.

It happens every time /reload ui with NO ADDONS.

This is a known issue with certain accounts that we’re aware of and working on.
