Well, I just made a ticket about it and was told to do a UI reset. Thank you, Blizzard customer support! I get that they probably canāt do anything or direct people on what to do. But, the LEAST you can do is escalate to someone who can. Where is the communication? Not a single blue post that they are working on a fix?

Thats the thing, I think the people who fix these things don"t even know its a problem. My tickets were all blah blah blah.

Charged Slicer is currently the BiS weapon for Frost DK (barring tuning changes) in Season 1 of TWW, and I canāt use the knowledge points invested in Hafted to craft it. This needs to be fixed before start of S1.

Please fix this before Raid Week - otherwise, crafters will miss out on Gold due to committing points wrong.

Well we miss out on gold for committing points correctly and Blizzard making a mistake on the weapon. While I get stuff happens I refuse to act like we are even a little bit at fault here. Donāt think thatās what you meant lolā¦bump

Not a bug. The recipe is located from a Vendor in the Spider zone. Little Camp on the north side of the zone from a blacksmithing supplies vendor. Cost some Acuity and 1500 Kej.
I do not think you know what the problem is.
