I apologize for my snark. My frustration with this got the best of me. It just feels like a brick wall at this point. I do hope the funds come back, because the way it all happened was very strange. It really doesn’t make sense that the charge was three days prior to the transaction. I did look up if anyone had the same issue with the client, and it seemed like one person did have the stuck issue, but the problem seemed to correct itself on its own. Hopefully, that happens here. Again, I apologize for my demeanor. I know it’s not your fault.
