I’m unable to open a support ticket for assistance and am hoping for guidance here. One of my characters, Ravenfeeder on Windrunner (US), is completely unable to log in and immediately receives a “World Server Shut Down” message. This started while attempting to enter Tempest Keep (The Eye) in Outland. Since then, 2–3 additional characters on the account are now also stuck on an infinite loading screen when trying to log in. Other characters can sometimes log in normally. I’ve already run Scan and Repair on the game client with no change. The automated Character Stuck service will not submit and hangs indefinitely, and I’m also unable to successfully open a support ticket through the normal channels. At this point I’m effectively locked out of multiple characters after entering legacy Burning Crusade content. If this is a known issue with Tempest Keep / The Eye or Outland instances, or if there’s another recovery method, any assistance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
