Hello, Just wanted to be another voice in the conversation about characters falling through the world. Launch is in 2 days and i have two friends whos main toons are insta DCd when they log into the game after falling through the world. They both have tried everything that the articles say and its still an issue. Please fix this. Ticket times can’t be 30 days when launch is in 2…

Usually the game notices when characters are not accessible, and tries to push them to a safe, if not default location. I know you stated they tried everything, but if they are not currently waiting with support tickets they should get one in.
Ticket times are not necessarily what is displayed on the average wait time. Unfortunately they’re a bit longer than normal though.

I have the same thing happening to my character. I have put in 2 tickets and used the character unstuck service on cooldown with no luck. I have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting, and I have gone as far as completely uninstalling the game and Battle net and reinstalling. I received a reply to one of my tickets and the recommendations revolved around my computer’s performance. I checked the issues just in case, but this seems irrelevant when I can log in 20 other characters just fine, but just not this one.

You seem to have put in a ticket using a Technical Issue category for crashing, which is more about your computer system. Given the high volume of tickets we’re receiving the first response provides a bunch of troubleshooting advice and recommends that you reopen your ticket if you continue to have an issue.
For a character falling through the world, where the system doesn’t set it back on solid ground after a bit, a “Stuck Character Ticket” is best.
It does seem like you have a Stuck Character ticket in, so that will be addressed as soon as it can be. It isn’t as fast as it usually is, given overall queue times, but it should be within 24 hours currently.
