I submitted a ticket but was a bit worried about the delay. I set up an arena 2v2 game and tried to hand in, and now can’t login (been about 4 hours).
Will wait for a GM but if anyone has any advice, or good recipes I can try in the interim!

First GM was default response, and then second one fixed me right up
Not sure if it was because my arena name was so long, or the charter was not in the first bag, or if the stars were not aligned but all is well in the world… of warcraft
