I want to transfer this character off of Area 52 to Proudmoore and faction change to Alliance, when I try to do that I get an error saying this character is still on cooldown for this service. I have never transferred this character before, and now I can’t log with this character.
Did you recently initiate any character service on them? It incurs a cooldown on pretty much all other services, not just that particular one.
you have to wait 72 hours after doing the free move service to be able to faction change… normally you could do it all at once but its not possible to combine the free move with a faction change.
Aye, the Race Change performed on this character a couple days ago is likely the cause here. You’ll need to allow 72 hours to pass from that.
