Character transfer stuck

I am unsure where to get assistance as I have not found an option when attempting to open a ticket. I tried transferring my 120 warlock, not thinking after the purchase, I then sent gold to her from my pally so I could transfer my pally as well, as she exceeded the gold amount allowed in a transfer. Now my warlock is stuck and I cannot log onto her to send the mail back to my Paladin, what can I do to resolve this issue? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Go with Purchase, Purchase Failure, as it’s a problem with a character service. Live chat or phone call back will be open later this morning.

I was hoping the transfer would cancel so i could split the gold up between my toons because my pally now exceeds the gold cap to transfer her :frowning:
