Character transfer, says transaction complete but

Here’s what happened and I’m not sure if there is or there is not a problem…

  1. I paid to transfer my character. Transaction went thru just fine.
  2. Says payment complete under transactions under transaction history.
  3. My character had a queue with a timer. Said around 7 hours this morning.
  4. Blizzard then turned off character transfers while I am still in queue.
  5. If I go into the shop it says shop error try again later.
  6. The queue icon that looks like a gear is now gone but he’s still on my server.
  7. I can’t log into him, it says wait for character to be processed.

I’m not sure if it worked or not, main reason is because I had a estimated queue time earlier but now it’s not there.

So yea I checked that thread and it seems some have the same issue I have. Checked this morning and still my character has not transferred. The gear icon for estimated time is gone. Getting a little worried.

Your character will be safe and sound - I wouldn’t be concerned. Matter of getting it all sorted out. You might want to get a ticket open if you haven’t already.
