Hi there trying to transfer my Druid to frostmourne. I have no heirlooms in bank or pets and no mail. Once selecting transfer it sits there for a min then flashes a screen then nothing happens. Can i get some help please
You’ll want to submit a ticket for game master assistance. If you’ve done any quests, it’s possible you have incoming mail that’s just hidden for a day or two.

It looks like you have a bunch of mail that needs to be deleted, Ache. My guess is that you probably don’t see those?
If so, I’d recommend submitting a ticket as Ekon recommended. A Game Master should be able to clear those out for you.

Hi there i have deleted the mail and the option has now been removed to transfer. I hope this is a good sign for a positive move over
I’m not seeing any of the mail that was there, so that should hopefully allow you to transfer now.
