Me and a friend are having problems transferring our characters, and we have already tried everything. When we start the transfer, the game does not show any error message or indication that we need to change something, but the transfer process simply does not start.

We opened a ticket explaining the situation, but we were not able to solve the problem. We received guidance about things that could prevent the transfer, but we confirmed that none of them apply to us: no caged pets, no gold limit reached, no items in the Auction House, and no pending mail.
The worst part is that when we attempt the transfer, no error or failure message is displayed. We simply finish the process, the character list refreshes, and there is neither an error message nor any indicator that the character is being transferred.

I have no idea how to help you, and I’m sorry to have to say as much. I’m posting a response so your post remains higher on the forum which will hopefully give more helpful players a chance to provide guidance.

I had something similar happen on a few of my characters when x-fering and after I deleted ALL the mail in my mailbox, then my xfers went through normally for those characters.
Since their error messaging doesn’t work at all, if it’s not your mailbox check all the other character transfer requirements on their list, there’s other stuff like can’t have a wow token, can’t have any active auctions, etc. It could be another one of the restrictions for you.
But I’m pretty sure you are getting an error from one of the restrictions and they have a bug where it just doesn’t tell you what it is.
It appears you are trying to use a paid character transfer. Paid character transfer is not currently allowed to Galakras.
Galakras was the new virtual transfer realm from Mankrik → Galakras.
I know it says you can when you bought it but the normal message is something like “this realm is not accepting/open character transfer right now”
You might be able to get the error message to show by doing one of the things you know isn’t allowed (put a mail in the mailbox or something) - and then you maybe will see a message on the left in red that you can hover your mouse over to get the full error message.

You have to transfer to Pagle, basically the same thing as Galakras anyway.
I have the same problem, trying to go from Arugal to Ra-den. When I try the transfer, nothing happens, character screen just refreshes. Opened a ticket, GM said apparently it’s a known bug and they are working on it, but no timeline. Can confirm no auctions, mailbox, wow token etc. on the character. Been trying every day for 2 weeks now…
