Well I remember last week where a SFA cautioned people to leave the thread if help was unwanted

Lets use the whole quote in context maybe.

First, posters don’t get to determine who can post in a thread. Period. If they don’t want to hear from someone they can use Ignore.

If you are not finding their responses helpful, I would recommend ignoring them. They have not violated any rules by replying and offering accurate advice.

That said, bickering does not help anything.

These forums are primarily for player to player help.

This ticket has been addressed. Looks like there was NPC mails that the player just couldn’t see yet.
