Character stuck perpetually in Blackrock Foundry Raid

I went into the raid with my hunter wanting to tame faultline, I got pinned by Darmac, I am not able to do any actions but Darmac doesn’t have enough damage to kill me. Now my character is stuck forever in the raid. I alt-f4’d and waited around two minutes and got back on, the boss and the mobs are still attacking me and I am still pinned, however this time I get “disconnected” soon after. And now everytime I try to log back on I get in for a bit and see the mob bashing me on the ground, and then get disconnected by the server.

How do I fix this, did I just lose my character forever?

Thanks, but I should’ve mentioned, I tried using the stuck character service in game but it was unresponsive and not working, and the stuck character service on the blizz support web page is also stuck at “One moment please. The page is loading.”

It can take a little while to work. As a matter of fact, I had to use it last night, myself, after getting stuck in Blackrock Foundry. Patience is your ally with this service. :pray:
