Character Stuck pacified during The Queen's Chains

I just went back to try it again. Quest is broken in the same way. NPCs running around, camera stuck.

Just happened to me, too

Yep, just happened to me right now. I’m stuck in the “cutscene”(?). Character ran out of the room, no dialogue or anything, and now my camera is stuck in the room.

Edit: Relogged and fell out of the sky in front of Lillian. So, no idea what happened during all of that, but now I can continue.

Same issue, just now.

Camera angle clearly breaks, rp appears in chat box despite being left alone in the room as all npc’s and player character run away from stuck camera location.

Reloading UI simply replays this event, even when delayed by several minutes.

Logging out and back in teleports me to the quest turn in location. /shrug

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I had to relog to fix it

bumping this post. I have relogged and dropped the quest and retried it… it bugs every time
