Character stuck in constant crash loop

I entered the dark heart dungeon on my druid (this character) and crashed. I have been constantly crashing for an hour trying to load into the game on her now. I tried logging into another character and that one loaded fine as did my classic characters. This one is stuck in dark heart and I can’t log in on her.

Been having constant “can’t read memory” and int_div_zero crashes since I came back though. Six month old computer, no addons. Deleted cache. Renamed WTF folder. Changed to dx11. None of that has worked.

ETA: I requested that the character be moved, thinking that would help. Got the message the move was successful but I’m still unable to log into her. I’m uninstalling the game and will reinstall to see if that works.

SPOILER: It did not work. Still waiting for help :frowning:

So at the botom of the character unstuck which is automated theres a option to have a GM manualy move ur toon i suggest u try that before uninstall/reinstall.

Thanks, I already reinstalled (which didn’t help). Checked the stuck character page and see no button and it says I have to wait 3 hours to request she be moved. But thank you for at least trying to help me <3

If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

Okay, coming back to say I tried something else and maybe that’s what worked? Or maybe I got lucky. I checked my Nvidia app and it said WoW wasn’t optimized, so I clicked the optimize button and was finally able to log into my character (could it really have been that simple? lol).

I didn’t see any button so I did probably miss it.

ETA: It in fact, did not fix it. She’s stuck in Court of Stars now :unamused: Anyways, guess I’ll give up on trying to solve this for tonight.
