Tried to take a ship somewhere and keep logging in the water. Only lets me move not even a split second before I get disconnected. Can I get moved somewhere or something, please?
There’s a DIY option using the Support link at the top of the page.
In-game issues, character problem, unable to move, I believe is the path.
Follow the prompts and select the affected character, let it do its thing.

Try this. Exit the game and wait about 30 minutes to see if the server puts you in a safe place.
If that doesn’t work, use the “I am stuck” in the support website. At worst, you’ll have to submit a ticket.
