While playing on my rogue I was farming old mobs in old Sithilus and I shadowstepped to a mob that was about to teleport(?) underground. I did indeed kill the mob, but the cultist got the last laugh because I cannot access the character. When I log in the screen will complete the loading and reveal to me a beautiful disconnected screen. I have tried the self-service tool two times to no avail as well as completing the survey they give afterwards. I have done the other steps reccomended and it states to contact Blizzard if it doesnt work. Well the link takes me right back to the same thing I have already did. (and yes, I did it all again). So this is my post HOPPING that a Dev or someone sees and assists. The rogue is Drysilences on the server Zul’Jin.
With the self service on cooldown, did you scroll down to the bottom and get a need more help button? Should allow you to put in a ticket bypassing the self help system.
