Just paid for a character transfer about 1/2 hr ago and has not appeared when I logged back in looked at the transaction history and says complete
Transfers usualy are instant but can take up 2 24hrs id give it a bit more time maybe a 1hr or 2. Make sure u didnt send any mail to the toon.
Havenât done the transfer yet because didnât receive it to do transfer
I can see the purchase, and nothing looks amiss so far. As Darthwraith mentioned the Token can take up to 24 hours to show up.
If it doesnât show up within that time please submit a refund or purchase failure ticket so our staff can take a look.
