It has been 3 hours, and i still cannot play the game, a game we paid twice for, by the by, and keep on paying monthly to play.
at this point they should remove the sub and make it expansion only to buy.

I can log into some character that are in a guild… It actually only seems to be the character I earned a Vault on in any form

I’m having this problem also, but only with one character and it is NOT in a guild, so its not related to whether they’re guildless or not

I am experiencing this issue. Another thread said that it seemed to be tied to being in a guild. This theory held true for me, my DK that is not is a guild can log in.

I have 3 other characters all in one guild, all experiencing login problems.

Curious for those with the guild thing, is your guild on the same servers as your toons? Or is it a cross-server guild? Just wondering since I’ve been able to log into toons on the same realm as their guilds but not cross server.

Same along with my entire guild. Completely locked out. Crazy how they can break their own coding so easily with updates that are missing half the content.

it has been 7 hours since the update launched, and i couldnt play any of it, due to my main characters being locked out with the “Character not found” text.

same i guess they dont give damn about us who cant play or our guilds and working on the vault thing instead,either that or dont have a clue how to fix it by now after 8 hours.On blizz tracker all i see is post about vault nothing about players toons not found is disappointing at least.How does a patch always break things now a days,use to be little bugs here and there but now,like total chaos

16 hours still cant log in with any of my guilded players

I’ve seen people I know that are in one of my old guilds that were in Dornogal when I managed to log into my unguilded lvl70 DH. shrug

I am facing same issue here, i created a support ticket they sent me to restart the router xD, any solution for this?

And no, no solution at the moment. Hopefully, this morning’s “scheduled maintenance” fixes it.

I’m having the same issue, my main thats in a guild has shown character not found since the new patch dropped. But I can log into all of my other toons with no problem.

Same issue here, this is the only character I cannot log in to… the one I want to play lol
