Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this issue.
I bought the Midnight expansion, used my character boost, then refunded it because my computer had problem running it and I thought I wouldn’t keep playing. Later on, I changed my mind and bought the expansion again.
Since then, I’ve had two major problems:

My boosted character is now locked/unplayable

I didn’t receive the character boost again after repurchasing
So right now I can’t play the character I already made, and I also can’t create a new boosted one.
It’s been like this almost the entire weekend and I still haven’t gotten a response from support. Pretty frustrating considering I paid for the expansion and just want to play.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix?
