Character List not Updating on Forum?

I’m trying to change my character on the forum but a few of my charcters don’t show up in the list, plus others that are 120 are still showing sub-120 levels.

Is there a way to re-sync this data? (I like posting on that particular class when asking for help in the class forums)

Logging out and back into the website or switching characters and doing the same usually helps re-sync.
