Very frustrating. I am having the same issue. I tried making a character and then boosting, and then I tried again by just using the boost and making the character as IN the boost process and when I click “Level Up!” at the last confirmation/selection box, the box disappears and … my character is still Level 10. Not all that helpful. I’m tempted to try my lvl 80 boost, but I hadn’t really wanted to use that yet.
