Changes requested for Wrath / Prepatch

Yeah that’d only make sense if there were 24 hours in a day, amirite? LOL.

We cant have the game randomly group us with people we dont know.

Instead, now here me out. All 30,000 people should pay $25 per character to xfer from 20 servers all onto one single one. Way better option than LFG. Now we all have -benediction on our name so we definitely aren’t “randoms”

This is why other countries will be designing and making weapons for us.

I did a dungeon the other day and other than the “hey” at the start or “sheep moon” nobody said anything.

Maybe LFD isn’t the problem…

I managed to join the infantry and I can’t even count to ten.

Joint? You don’t say

And not anymore.

lol, corrected.

Who the hell has time to socialize in a pug 5 man?

I’m not in discord, so I can’t talk (and wouldn’t want to most of the time anyway), and party chat is mostly restricted to the minimum amount needed for group coordination. The rest of the time, I’m pushing buttons to kill stuff (or in wrath, tank or heal).

Really looking forward to dungeon finder. Queue up multiple roles, go do other crap, have it pop when a party forms. Instead having to wait around paying close attention to LFG and mentally filtering out all the boost spam, political chat, inside jokes between server attention wh…s, and the rest of the crap that doesn’t belong in that channel.

Cope and seethe.

LOL twinking is a plague upon the game. Forcing them all into the XP off queue where they belong was the best thing blizz ever did in low level pvp. Get over yourself.

Please do, LFD is fantastic and shouldn’t be artificially delayed nor changed.

Please kill twinking, it is obnoxious.

Yes.

It really is.
People need to realize why they actually call the website XpOff.

I’d really love to see rated BGs, to be honest. I like to PvP with friends who, like me, want to play obj and get wins because it’s fun. When we do this without rated BGs people scream and cry about premades and it being unfair. By the same token, we don’t like being forced to play with lazy mark farmers who think games should be over in a matter of minutes regardless of who wins. By the same logic that twinks should have their own BGs where they play against each other, people with voice comms and premade teams should be separated from the rest of the population as well, so we can all have the version of pvp we prefer.

And the rest of you who hate twinking / twinkers
Please, explain to me the logical difference between getting the best stuff available at 19 or 39, vs getting the best stuff at max level?
Again… your avg joe blow is going to get smacked by ppl who are more geared out no matter what level you are.
You literally just whine about it because you dont like it, but you like gearing out your max level.
If you think twinks/twinking are/is more obnoxious than the hardcore pvper in full arena gear, you’re crazy.

Twinking allows us to do this at many different levels, finding clever ways to boost performance that you dont get at max level.

I’ve been twinking since vanilla, I had a 19,29,109 twink. It doesn’t even take long to get anything as a high lvl. It takes no skill on the pvp side.
That is why you say it takes clever ways to boost performance.
Pretty much the way they observe the Grim Reaper as a psychopomp and say he was a cunning. When in fact he was an etymology expert.

“the decline of etymology as a linguistic discipline”
Case in point the Millenium Series by Stieg Larsson

Pale Rider is a 1985 American film produced and directed by Clint Eastwood, who also stars in the lead role. The title is a reference to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, as the pale horse’s ghost rider (Eastwood) represents [Death]
Death chose demise for himself when they wanted to be infamous for bad deeds.

So few people twink that you mostly curbstomp people in whatever smattering of leveling gear they happen to have while trying out this “Battleground” thing at lvl32. Then you proceed to GY camp them and they resolve themselves to never queue up for that nonsense again.

I get the curbstomps happen at max level, but they are far fewer and farther between. I don’t two-shot or one-shot people in a max level BG despite having super high end gear, even if I’m attacking some freshly dinged green geared player. Twinking relies upon leveraging items, buffs, enchants, and BoEs while at a very low UNBALANCED state to get inordinately high offensive and defensive stats. A fully twinked lvl29 Hunter is an unkillable nightmare against SEVERAL randoms queued against him. Nothing is even remotely comparable at max level.

It isn’t really clever, it is just using filters on WoWHead to find theoretical best equips and then using other characters to acquire as much of it as you can. The only “clever” portion is trying to acquire quest rewards, boss drops, etc, without over leveling, but that’s mostly handled by having high level people escort you all over the place.

You only think it isnt clever because you dont do it, or know such ways. And there’s always more theorycrafting changing stuff
and ive seen GY camping far more at max level by premades than I ever have at lower level.
imo if you join a 30-39 bracket at 32, you deserve the curbstomping

It isn’t clever because it is theorycrafting at its most basic. You have minimal gear options, minimal talent options, and you don’t even have all your skills yet. On top of that, if you simply “twinked” by ensuring your lvl29 Rogue had nothing but “of the Monkey” BoEs that were lvl29 themselves, you’d obliterate nearly everyone you find that isn’t a twink themselves.

It is like trying to call it clever that you found the best way to one-shot Hogger with a single Arcane Shot at lvl70.

“If you queue up for a level bracket intended for a range of levels at anything less than the max level, you deserve to have a terrible experience!!”

Gee, can’t imagine why people find twinks to be the most obnoxious people on the planet.

It’s not a coincidence that the people most angry and violent about “missing out” on some social experience that never existed are some of the most toxic jerks on the planet.

People in classic are way nicer than it was back in the 2004-2010 days
