When we gonna admit that current solo bracket r1 system is way too limited.
It had good intentions when this game still had decent pop but now it’s nosediving every expac, PvP in particular.
face it every spec has an awc type player on it, some have multiple. The every spec has some literal high xp Degen on it that never logs off. Add in multi licenser and maybe a potential RMT sale in there… and you realize 3-4 unique spots might be too limited
And let’s not forget …. numebr of slots is determined by people Who will never even get near range? Completely flawed.

There’s too much missing in between.
tbh 2400 for solo queue (Shuffle and Blitz) is too free, And R1 is too demanding
the requirements for R1 should be relaxed. they should be lowered to 0.5%.
I think when they made the cutoff alt change in Crimson they bugged the ladder to show either 5x or 10x the actual amount of slots, and having top 10-15 or something to shoot for felt a little more feasible than “outdo the top 3 ferals”.
Also why can people disable data sharing? Always somebody sliding into the ladders last few weeks.
