Still busted, in Draenor AND Legion. I have completed the quest chains leading to these areas, I have ensured I have minimal quests in my log, relogging, everything.

same problem here 
I wonder if this is because I favtioned changed to Alliance then later back to Horde. I’m fairly confident that I already did these when I was originally horde. I never noticed nor attempted to do them on alliance.
Maybe swapping to and back borked something.
This also has happened to me and is still going on I put in two tickets and all blizzard support has done is tell me to do a UI reset which I did but that didn’t work and the most recent ticket was an automated response which gave me no further help

Yup all the icons are still on my map too. Taunting me. I’ve put in a bug report on one or two in game, maybe I’ll try making reports for all of them.

I’m having this same problem. Why is it going on for so long? Annoying!! They should work or be removed.
