They claimed that the harassment was the direct cause of the suicide, without going into the fact that person had suffered from depression for many years.
Well harassment can also cause depression. It definitely doesn’t help. If you think these people left their careers and didn’t sue for libel and everything else because they are innocent, I have a bridge in San Fran to sell you.

Now I never said none of them did anything, that’d be silly.
Just that a lot of is likely old and worded in ways to make it seem even worse then it already is.
There’s no way it can be worse than it already is. I say that now though. I mean it is Blizz lately. Anything can happen.

I mean, fraud is one thing, look at what happened to Enron. Changing some corporate policies because they finally got hit with a lawsuit isn’t really going to shut them down.
And bobby is likely not going anywhere, the board supports him.
I’m talking about Cendant. It’s partially how Blizzard came about.
And shareholders have sent a letter to the board. They want Kotick gone.
Which shareholders? Cause 80-85% are just investment firms and likely don’t care.
The top shareholder holds like 6-7% of blizzard and that’s about .2% of their overall.
A small group of them in the grand scheme of things, but it’s a start. Hopefully others will join, but that will probably only happen if the rest start losing money hand over fist.

It states in the article that the shareholders that sent the letter own 4.8 million shares, Activision Blizzard is almost 800 million shares.
