They already reduced CC and people had mixed opinions about that even. You’re not going to get 2 people to agree perfectly on this.
The best you’ll get is that people will admit “piss CC” is annoying and should be dialed back. Things like frost mage frostbite for example, or even warrior shockwave, etc.
