Since Cataclysm, Catalysts-Mal’Ganis has been consistently one of the best (if not the best) Weekend guilds on Mal’Ganis for over 9 years. We are a group of tightly-knit players, who also welcome and encourage individuals who are in search of a guild that they can call their home. Acquiring Cutting Edge most tiers, we expect a player who can not only provide their best performance in terms of skill, but being able to do it with a “Can-do” attitude, as anyone who’s had cutting edge knows at times things can be stressful.
We are always looking for excellent players, but we primarily have our focus towards finding these specific classes:
Priest (Primarily Discipline/Shadow), with a preference on having a OS for either of those specs.
Paladin (Primarily Holy / preference with OS for low heal / farm nights)
Ranged DPS - We are currently considering all exceptional RDPS with the exception of warlock. It is heavily prefered/respected if you can comfortably play your OS in progression, and doing so will give you priority over other applicants.
We love to do mythic + and help each other out with other activities as well. However, being able to consistently run mythic+ dunegeons (especially if you’re a healer) is a definite plus!
Our raid days are Friday/Saturday from 7:30 - 11:30 CST. During your trial process, you will be expected to attend Thursdays until you are given your core raider status. Lastly,Sunday’s are our alt runs, which require a minimum ilvl to attend. As you can see, although we have 2 specific core raid days, we are still fairly active throughout the week.
