They just don’t care about the Cataclysm Classic player, 2 months still nothing, last night while doing DS Hagara just spawned while doing trash, then never spawned again, guild perks not working, they are busy resurrecting streamers in HC and updating SoD and when you make a ticket it looks like you’re talking with an IA.

Can we get more frequent updates on this since its high priority? Your last communication was 25 days ago.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates that I am able to provide at this time. That doesn’t mean that work isn’t being done on it, but - at the risk of sounding like a broken record - this is a complex issue with a lot of moving parts. I can’t discuss what the current status is until it’s all lined up, and I don’t like providing updates that are basically “I don’t have any updates that I can communicate.” 
I can say that we’re still working on it, though.

Isle of conquest queue alone most days takes over 1 hour
Do you have any idea how it feels for everyone that lost hundreds of hours of effort to do these?
You say it is a high priority, the fact that in 2 months you have not solved it dictates that was a lie.

I absolutely do. I’ve played WoW since 2004, and I 100% understand how it feels to lose progress through not fault of your own. As soon as I have more to communicate, I will.

Eye of the Storm was a separate issue that was significantly easier to resolve. We’re still working on the general BG issue.
