[Cataclysm] Account-wide achievement rewards don't work at all (it was already reported on Beta)

Is Bloodthirsty (250k hks) supposed to be account wide contribution like pets/mounts? I’ve heard people say they got some of their characters hks to contribute to the 100k achievement
