my guild tabard on my dk doesnt show in the charater selection screen is all black

I hate giving “It’s being worked on” updates, but it’s been a while since I replied so I will in this case. This is all still being worked on. Art fixes are some of the most complicated and time-consuming fixes to do once a patch is live, so it’s taking a while.

This is very much in progress, though, I promise you.

Another blue update here would be nice as it’s been almost 3 weeks. I was looking forward to this feature but I’m not re-enabling / re-downloading it until blue says it’s probably fixed…

It’s still coming along. 2 steps forward, 1 step back.

We found out in testing some of the fixes that there’s some pretty fundamental assumptions about texture sizes for certain textures made back in 2004 that led to …issues. Rest assured that getting the glaring texture issues sorted is absolutely a high priority for us.

Any updates? We’re going into month four and the issue migrated from just my goblin female to all my characters, even on the loading screen.

This was fixed a month ago. Since you’re still experiencing issues, I recommend posting in the tech support forums.

5 months later and theres still a grey blanked out band around the upper part of one of the troll female faces, and the earrings on the same face have a grey blank texture too. this is just in character creation
