All I’m going to say about the subject line is PHRASING
I posted an opinion. I did not state a fact. You don’t have post proof for an opinion. I said more people are SEEMING to be.
Look at all the feeds everywhere on social media and on YT. Lot more people talking about SoD and HC and Wrath than are about DF. Only time you ever hear Dragonflight mentioned is when people complain about it. None of you play that version anyways. All any of you are capable of doing is playing just one single version of the game. Blows your minds that someone could possibly play more.
I am right when I say they SEEM to LIKE the other versions better. All I hear is nonstop back complaints about DF. I would know cuz I actually play it, unlike any of you. They say RSS is bad, say rets are bad, say keys are unbalanced.
I see 100% negative things said about DF. I don’t see as much negative things said about Classic. So me saying that more people are seeming to be enjoying the classics better than retail… That statement seems to be 100% correct as all evidence points to it.
You are absolutely clueless. It’s hard to believe that you’re so ignorant you think any one would be surprised that classic players play more than one game. Every one knows that lots of classic players are also playing retail. Not only that many playing wow in any of it’s forms are also playing another game, like Baulder’s Gate 3 which came out several months ago.
I mean, really, do you actually think everyone doesn’t know people often play more than one game? It’s hard to see the purpose of saying it if you’re lying so you must be that stupid.

Forums mirror what I say. When I say more people seem to be liking the Classics way more than people are liking Dragonflight that certainly seems to be the case. People complain about DF nonstop back to back. And do so a lot more than they do for Classic. More people praise Classic than praise Dragonflight. More people make threads saying how DF is broken and unfun than do that for Classic. So therefore all evidence points to my original statement being true, that more people seem to be liking the Classics than like DF. You dont even play DF. So why are you going out of your way to defend it?
And also, if you yourself like DF so much… why are you never ever posting on the DF forums, why don’t you ever post on a DF toon? Prove to me that more people do infact like playing DF. From where it stands, most people only ever come to DF forums to complain about it.
Retail DF threads are full of people saying that DF is the worst expac ever and that the Dragon riding is boring, that Solo Shuffle is lame and fail, that PvP is unbalanced, that rets are too underpowered, that Demon Hunters need to be nerfed, that WoW tokens are ruing the game for people, that people are cheating in RSS to get top rank, that the trading post is lame.
Classic does not get a tenth as many complaints that retail does. Me saying that more people are seeming to be enjoying Classic is well founded.
And you have how many toons that have played Dragonflight even once? Oh that’s right, zero. So your opinion on trying to argue that matter and saying that more people are enjoying playing DF than are enjoying playing Classic is false…
Everywhere on YT it matches what I said. YT WoW channels always talk about how great Classic is, stating it is the future of WoW. People do not praise DF in the same manner on YT ever.

I don’t believe the forums tell us any thing about what the far more numerous players think. And neither do you. If you did believe what the forums say you would say there are very few people who want wrath era and they’re not very passionate about it. Compare it with those who wanted rdf. There were far more forum posters for it than for wrath era. There were far more threads with hundreds of posts, sometimes thousands. The threads were much longer than any of the wrath era threads. And those who wanted rdf kept up the fight for a year with the same intensity while most of those who want wrath era have already given up.
I don’t like DF. But I can look at the numbers and see that retail has far more players than classic does. My personal feelings about the games don’t bias my judgements about the games. That many more people are paying $15 a month to play retail than classic is enough evidence for me.
Yet they still keep paying. People come to the forums to complain. If there are more people playing retail you’ll see more people complaining on the forum. If 1% of 100 classic players complain about classic and 1% of 1,000 retail players complain about retail you’ll see 10 times as many complaints about retail.
People come to the forums to complain. If you’re simply enjoying the game, you just play the game. You don’t waste time on the forums. And forum posters are a ridiculously small percentage of the playerbase. And people who post a lot on the forums, like us, are just freaks.
Retail has way more players than Classic, too.

People who are capable of rationally expressing their opinions with the written word are a definite minority. And those who also have fun doing it is a minority of that minority. Yeah, we’re definitely not normal.
For example, in the past week I’ve played SoD, I think a little Wrath, Dungeons and Dragons Online, and a ton of Graveyard Keeper, the latter of which I’ve also been WRITING about as well as playing.
It’s not even just playing other games, it’s doing things that AREN’T gaming in the first place!
Eh, I spend time on the Steam forums for a handful of games, usually either to help people just starting out (GYK and DDO), to see the threads that have existed many times before and will exist many times after (Fallout New Vegas is TERRIBLE at that) or just because I know the thread is going to be a trainwreck and someone needs to step in to disprove some BS. (The Last Epoch most recently)

I absolutely loved playing it about 10-12 years ago and only stopped because stuff got busy irl. When I went to look at it again they were being bought out and so I just never played it again. It was, at least back then for me, the absolute best MMO.
I play several games but not as much as I play WoW, however certainly other games and life outside is a factor for people.
DDO and GY are great games but yea I think its very healthy if you play other games or even just retail next to Classic. If you just play Classic all day long you have a very screwed view of WoW and gaming in general. You can tell that in forums
Still as janky as ever, mostly because Turbine’s code makes pretty much any kind of cooked pasta look stable; SSG’s doing alright though, since they’ve got all the written modules to grab ideas from, like White Plume Mt. They’ve also redone a bunch of systems, so (for example) getting Epic upgrades to items from Philaran Carnival or Sentinels of Stormreach are not only infinitely easy but can also be farmed BEFORE level 20. On that note, the current level cap is 32. 
You can also go mess around in a handful of non-Eberron areas, like Faerun or (for some reason) RAVENLOFT, the latter of which gives an absolutely BROKEN weapon when you can first access it at level 10.

It’s taking too long tbh. We’ve had months of ICC and now most people have 4+ chars with mostly BIS (currently working on a 5th myself) it needs to hurry up, they boosted our DMG etc and we clear shiz easily now. New content plz

Why would they add runes? That’s a sod thing.
ICC buff should have never been implemented. It doesn’t matter. Pugs will always be trash anyways. They weren’t clearing before and they’re not clearing now.
I believe they’re refering to “Titan Rune” dungeons, which Blizzard already confirmed would be added for catching up similar to Wrath Classic, since it was largely well received, in most cases, by players.
It wasn’t largely well received. Mythic Lite dungeons have been a toxic, gatekept nightmare.
And they’re completely unnecessary in Cata where the dungeons are already much harder and stayed relevant the entire expansion.

It was well received by players. Maybe not well received by forum users that barely touch the game.
I can’t find a single person that was unhappy about getting their Death’s Verdict, Flare of the Heavens, or Reign of the Unliving before ICC.
