I am unable to log into the PTR server and receive the no realms available error. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleaned, patched, restarted, launched from file, etc. with nothing working. I submitted a ticket and Blizzard sent me a useless link and referred me to the forums to fix their problem, so here I am.
I know the reply for your ticket likely referenced this subforum for login issues, but “technically” PTR does not fall under the purview and is not supported by retail staff. PTR itself can be taken down at any time and not be available with no notice.
I am not seeing a post for this, in the test forums, probably would have to check Twitter/X under the various accounts Classic developers have to be sure.
For future reference though, PTR is under Developer and QA control, and those subforums are.

Now, that PTR is installed, I had a chance to test. When it first logged me in it asked me to pick 1 of two PTR licenses. The first I picked I remember using to test TwW beta, on PTR it listed servers were down. The second took me to character creation.
So if you have not already, if you get multiple licenses to select, just go down the line.

I am not getting the option to select Wow Accounts and is coming up as realms unavailable. I’ve done the step by step guide that pops up when searching for answers, still gives me the same thing.
So here are the step I got it to work.
-made sure account was set to beta in settings
-battle.net> game & subscriptions> create new ptr account
-click on the new account that was made when logging in (if it went through)
