Fixed on mine too! i thought i was imagining it and it wasnt tuesday lol! took months but at least its fixed!! thanks blizz!

As GM I purchased a 4th tab for the guild bank. I cannot use the guild interface at all. No one else in the guild can see that tab. Submitted a bug report, tried to submit a ticket. Several weeks now and still not working.
